Our attorneys contact the customer after they receive closing instructions to confirm the time and place of the closing. Attorneys introduce themselves and provide a call back telephone number in the event the customer needs assistance prior to the scheduled meeting. If the customer does not answer, a voice mail is left introducing the attorney with a call back number. If the attorney experiences severe traffic or unusual weather conditions, customers are notified if a delay is expected to make sure the customer is available.

Although we appreciate advance scheduling notice, we are equipped to handle last minute closings in addition to our weekend availability.
